Driving Impact with Memorable Messages & Repeatable Stories
Everyone is a storyteller whether you’re on a stage, across a conference table, or on a video conference. Impactful presentations leverage the power of storylines to reach an objective. The best approach is to start with a compelling message, and then learn to develop a storyline that proves it out. The storyline itself is the framework of communication or the flow of ideas. Specific stories are tied to specific points within the storyline. Good data points align with the brain, and good stories align with the heart. Presenters who can engage both head and heart have a much greater chance of getting results.
TRAINING OVERVIEW: SW&A’s Connecting Stories to Storylines is a one-day or virtual program that introduces and coaches the fundamentals of a storyline and a story.
The morning introduces core concepts of storylines and involves each participant in learning a concept and applying it to a sample scenario. In the afternoon, participants explore how stories bring key points to life by adding the elements of storytelling that are most memorable and repeatable to listeners. While most of the day focuses on the structure of storylines and stories, the afternoon wraps with discovery of the storyteller’s style and ability to bring ideas to life.

PROGRAM FEE: The fee for both the in-person and virtual program is $1,100. In-person programs include lunch, snacks, and all materials. Virtual programs will be 2-5pm ET, unless otherwise noted, and includes one hour of executive coaching after the program. For additional information, please contact us at connect@sallywilliamson.com.
Due to limited seating, cancellation or rescheduling needs to be notified at least 10 business days before your scheduled program date. Cancellation or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your scheduled program will incur a full registration fee for your seat. Additional Coaching for this Open Program can be purchased here. Coaching will give you the chance to work on the skills you learned in the program one on one with your instructor, as well as the chance to apply the skills to a specific situation for your role.
