As President and founder of Sally Williamson & Associates, Sally specializes in executive coaching and developing custom workshops for groups that focus on improving spoken communication skills, ranging from formal presentations to everyday communication, as well as selling situations.

She has created and taught comprehensive sales training programs across a variety of industries.

As a Client Services Manager, Stephanie manages and participates in the coaching process for all executive coaching clients. In addition, she creates marketing strategies and manages special projects for SW&A. Stephanie's areas of expertise include communications, marketing, executive development and project management.

As a Client Services Manager, Lia creates and manages the development process of curriculum materials and program coordination for SW&A workshops. She also leads a number of our core programs. Lia's fifteen years of diverse experience integrates client objectives with training and development strategies that drive results.
