She is a nearly thirty-year veteran of developing key messages and coaching executives to deliver them effectively. As President and founder of Sally Williamson & Associates, Sally specializes in executive coaching and developing custom workshops for groups that focus on improving spoken communication skills, ranging from formal presentations to everyday communication, as well as selling situations.
Kimberly Gray Fess
Business Development Director
As Business Development Director, Kimberly creates and manages our sales strategy to cultivate new business opportunities. Kimberly has more than twenty years of experience in communications, management, business development, operations and project management. She brings with her an extensive background in the news and entertainment industry with a history of building brand awareness and strengthening coporate identities.
Stephanie Jones
Marketing Director
As Marketing Director, Stephanie creates marketing strategies and manages special projects for SW&A. In addition, she participates in the coaching process for various executive coaching clients. Stephanie's areas of expertise include communications, marketing, executive development and project management.
Lia Panayotidis
Client Services Manager/Lead Instructor
As Client Services Manager, Lia creates and manages the development process of curriculum materials and program coordination for SW&A workshops. She also leads a number of our core programs. Lia's fifteen years of diverse experience integrate client objectives with training and development strategies that drive results.
