Open Programs for Individuals

While most of our programs are for internal groups, we offer Open Programs as a way for clients to see the core methodology and for individuals to attend a course if we don’t have a tailored offering within their companies. In these instances, we encourage individuals to build out their own learning path using the SW&A formula. We recommend a course on content, a course on style, followed by individual coaching sessions to address unique situations.

If you’re unsure what’s best, reach out! It won’t take us long to make suggestions that align your needs to our offerings.

It’s a better way to think about training: Make the training work for you, rather than working to apply the training.

PROGRAM DETAILS: All Open Programs take place at the SW&A Office in Atlanta, GA. The program includes lunch, snacks and all materials. For additional information, please contact us at connect@sallywilliamson.com.

Due to limited seating, cancellation or rescheduling needs to be notified at least 10 business days before your scheduled program date. Cancellation or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your scheduled program will incur a full registration fee for your seat. In the event of a true emergency, we will work with you towards a solution.

90-Day subscriptions to SWAU, our practice portal with goals, steps, and exercises, is included with your program. Additional subscriptions and annual subscriptions are available for purchase.

Building Compelling Storylines (Content)

Most listeners give a communicator about 30 seconds to set a message and direction for their storyline. An effective communicator learns how to format ideas to frame a message and set the structure quickly to keep the listener(s) involved.

We teach how to organize a storyline, create a compelling message and leverage stories to be sure sound bites are heard and remembered.

Executive Presence (Style)

Personal style, is presence, the ability to engage an individual or a group from the start of a conversation. An effective communicator comes across as confident and credible, conveying a sense of commitment to their topic and a personal interest in connecting the topic to each listener.

The SW&A approach to style teaches the intentional choices communicators make to deliver on those impressions.
