The session helped me a lot in improving the way I approach a meeting or a presentation and changed my perspective on how to communicate my ideas better. The second day was helpful in getting my posture and tone to draw attention from the audience.

This training helps us to break out of our day-to-day and focus on the career and advancements we all strive for but don’t often focus on. Seeing and understanding these small focus areas can help us reach that next career milestone.

Francie was fabulous. She’s clearly very comfortable speaking with everyone in the class on a variety of subjects – even beyond executive presence. She was warm and encouraging but direct with feedback.

This was fantastic training. Although I have always had confidence when I meet with execs- this training will elevate my conversations It was fantastic to see how different people were from early on until the end of the course.

Very engaging, loved the interactivity and feeling my skills and confidence build through the exercises. And the 1:1 coaching was a fantastic way to dive deeper into my personal development areas.

I think this workshop would be extremely important for anyone who is relatively new to executive communication. I’m very excited for the one-on-one coaching session so I can dive deeper into the topics.
