How to Engage an Executive Quickly and Effectively

Research has shown that senior executives evaluate conversations with their managers based on personal credibility and the ability to solve business needs.  This one-day program coaches the essential skills to lead a conversation that uncovers needs and positions a manager’s ideas as a value-add solution.

The missing component in most executive conversations is a clear message.  More than any other listener, an executive wants to know the bottom-line benefit or decision that needs to be made right up front.  The message frames their role in the conversation and engages an executive quickly by providing context.  Without a message or focus, executives become impatient and distracted.  And an impatient executive can quickly throw a presenter and a conversation off track.

TRAINING OVERVIEW: SW&A’s Leading Executive Conversations workshop teaches the fundamentals of organizing a high-level conversation from the executive’s perspective.  Through a role play and coaching, managers gain insights in how to lead this conversation and present their ideas with confidence and credibility.
